Job summary

Are Oy is seeking an Electrical and Security Service Manager for our property services in Oulu, Finland. The role combines technical expertise, supervision, and customer development to ensure reliable, energy-efficient properties for shopping centers, hotels, and office buildings.

You will supervise installers, oversee maintenance of electrical and security systems, and contribute to bid calculations while nurturing long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Technical education in electrical engineering or technician field.
• At least two years of relevant experience.
• S1 or S2 electrical license or willingness to obtain it.
• Experience in bid calculations.
• Experience in supervisory work or people management.
• Experience in fire safety inspections is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain electrical and security technology in properties.
• Perform bid calculations for projects and services.
• Lead both hourly small jobs and larger project entities.
• Act as supervisor to installers and support the team.
• Develop customer relationships and identify cooperation opportunities.
• Ensure work progresses with quality and customer focus.
