Job summary

Vimpro Oy seeks an experienced electrical installation supervisor for international industrial projects in Northern Finland and Sweden. You will supervise on-site electrical installation work, ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence, and collaborate with project managers and clients.

The role requires strong leadership, ability to travel extensively in the region, and fluency in Finnish and English. Swedish is a plus.

Qualifications

Several years of experience supervising electrical installations in industry.
Relevant electrical education (e.g., electrical engineer or equivalent).
Ability to travel extensively in Northern Finland and Sweden.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Proficiency in Finnish and English; Swedish is an advantage.
Valid health and safety cards and electrical safety trainings.

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead electrical installation work at construction sites in Northern Finland and Sweden.
Ensure adherence to installation quality, schedules and budgets.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines.
Collaborate with project managers, clients and other stakeholders.
Report on project progress and deviations.
Review and comment on installation plans and documentation.
