Job summary

Winthrop Technologies Ltd. is seeking an experienced Electrical Package Manager for a major data centre project in Helsinki, Finland. You will oversee the full electrical package lifecycle, coordinate with subcontractors, and manage safety, quality, and schedule to deliver on time and within budget.

The role demands strong leadership, engineering knowledge, and proven project-management capabilities on large-scale builds in a regulated environment. Local presence in Helsinki is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in project management on large-scale projects, preferably data centres.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of electrical package from design to commissioning.
• Oversee site safety, QA/QHSE culture, and coordination with client and stakeholders.
• Prepare weekly and monthly cost and progress reports.
