Job summary

Normet in Finland is hiring an Electrical Engineer to join our global team. You will contribute to maintenance engineering, on-call support and electrical design activities, with emphasis on handling ECR feedback and updates to drawings.

The role is based in Iisalmi and includes evening shifts; you’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to deliver robust electrical solutions. We value proactive ownership, a safety-first mindset, and fluent Finnish and English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field
• Electrical design experience with hands-on handling
• Experience with Zuken E3, AutoCAD, and Autodesk Inventor (3D)
• Familiar with Sovelia PDM or MS AX ERP systems is a plus
• Understands underground machinery or heavy machinery; product management is an asset
• Fluent Finnish and English (written and spoken)
