Job summary

ewi Recruitment is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join a leading data centre delivery partner on a large-scale project in Vaasa, Finland. You will support design, coordination and delivery of electrical systems, ensuring quality, safety and timely project outcomes while working with subcontractors and stakeholders.

The role requires a Bachelor in Electrical/Building Services, 3+ years in electrical construction, and strong organisation and communication skills; data centre

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Building Services Engineering or similar.
Minimum 3+ years' experience in electrical construction.
Experience with power distribution, lighting and services.
Understanding of drawings, specs and site practices.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to coordinate with subcontractors and project team.
Experience in data centre, industrial or mission-critical projects (advantageous).

Responsibilities

Ensure works comply with Winthrop Integrated Management System.
Review and coordinate project drawings.
Provide technical guidance to subcontractors.
Plan and allocate tasks within the technical team.
Monitor subcontractor health and safety compliance.
Apply troubleshooting to identify issues and corrective actions.
Oversee document control logs.
Prepare handover and test packs for commissioning.
