NestAI in Finland is seeking an Edge SW Chapter Lead to set the technical direction for our edge software and grow a high-performance team. You will align engineering with product strategy and collaborate across Edge R&D with HW, AI, and Localization groups.

This principal-level role emphasizes hands-on technical depth, scalable leadership, and strong communication to drive secure, low-latency software for operating environments with no internet or GPS.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading and scaling edge software or embedded teams.
• Deep hands-on technical roots with experience building complex edge software.
