- Translate strategy into actionable goals and remove impediments for the team.
- Lead recruitment for the hardware discipline across squads and projects.
- Engage with Product Owners and customers to align needs with engineering work.
- Support Agile planning, tracking, and continuous improvement of processes and standards.
