Job summary

OX2 is seeking a Junior Grid Specialist to join our TCM team. You will support the safe, compliant operation of grid-connected assets alongside experienced colleagues, with a focus on four key areas: Power System Management, Electrical Safety, TSO/DSO coordination, and Grid Code Compliance.

The role offers a development path in renewable energy asset management, opportunities to contribute to ongoing projects, and exposure to international best practices.

Qualifications

• A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Interest in renewable energy and grid operations.
• Knowledge of Finnish electrical regulations and safety standards.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Fluent in English; Finnish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support safe, compliant operation of grid-connected assets.
• Assist with HSE coordination and grid interfaces.
• Support TSO and DSO coordination and planning.
• Help ensure grid code compliance across projects.
• Assist in grid O&M and asset management initiatives.
