Job summary

SEB is looking for a Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solution developer to join an international team driving Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and Agentic AI across Corporate and Investment Banking. You will solve real business challenges by combining technology with financial workflows and client-facing efficiency.

The role emphasizes mastering the Microsoft platform, collaboration in a global context, and continuous innovation with cutting-edge tools and AI capabilities.

Qualifications

Minimum 3-4 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Experience (Sales, Customer Service) and Power Platform.
Hands-on experience in building AI agents
Proven track record of creative and strong analytical skills in bridging client needs with technical solutions
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and Swedish

Responsibilities

You will be part of an international team advancing Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform and Agentic AI.
Address challenges and increase client-facing teams' productivity and efficiency.
Provide innovative solutions by leveraging the latest Microsoft platform features.
Collaborate across Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) domains at SEB.
