Job summary

SEB is looking for a Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solution developer to join an international team driving Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and Agentic AI across Corporate and Investment Banking. You will solve real business challenges by combining technology with financial workflows and client-facing efficiency.

The role emphasizes mastering the Microsoft platform, collaboration in a global context, and continuous innovation with cutting-edge tools and AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Experience (Sales, Customer Service) and Power Platform.
• Hands-on experience in building AI agents
• Proven track record of creative and strong analytical skills in bridging client needs with technical solutions
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and Swedish

Responsibilities

About the role:

As a Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solution developer you will be part of international team advancing Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform and Agentic AI. By using strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach you will play a key role in addressing challenges and increasing client-facing teams productivity and efficiency in Corporate, Investment Banking (CIB) at SEB. At the same time you will have enough room to innovate, experiment, try out and adopt the latest features of the Microsoft platform.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

The above indicated range is the monthly salary range for this position before tax deduction. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
