Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect to design and deliver modern, AI-powered customer engagement solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365, with Power Platform and Copilot Studio at the core.

You will lead client discussions, own end-to-end solution design, guide cross-functional teams, and drive change management to ensure adoption across the Nordics and Europe. Travel may be required for client engagements.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 CE and architectural design.
• Strong skills in Power Platform, Dataverse, and AI integration.
• Excellent English and cross-cultural communication; Dutch or French a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead discussions with client stakeholders to define solutions.
• Design end-to-end Dynamics 365 CE solutions and integrate with Power Platform.
• Guide project teams and manage change for adoption.
• Collaborate across on‑shore/near‑shore/offshore delivery models.
