Job summary

SEB Global Services in Finland seeks a Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solution developer to advance CRM capabilities for SEB group across corporate divisions. You will join an international team and work on Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and Agentic AI to boost productivity and efficiency for client-facing teams.

The role requires 3–4 years of experience with Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform, hands-on AI agent development, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Experience (Sales, Customer Service) and Power Platform
• Hands-on experience in building AI agents
• Strong analytical skills bridging client needs with technical solutions
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and Swedish

About the role:

As a Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solution developer you will be part of international team advancing Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform and Agentic AI. By using strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach you will play a key role in addressing challenges and increasing client-facing teams productivity and efficiency in Corporate, Investment Banking (CIB) at SEB. At the same time you will have enough room to innovate, experiment, try out and adopt the latest features of the Microsoft platform.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Experience (Sales, Customer Service) and Power Platform
• Hands-on experience in building AI agents
• Proven track record of creative and strong analytical skills in bridging client needs with technical solutions
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and Swedish

The above indicated range is the monthly salary range for this position before tax deduction. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
