About the role:

As Team Manager for CIB Credit & AI, you will lead three diverse development teams that are driving the development of innovative solutions including AI Agents for credit, a customer onboarding platform, and an AI Hub for CIB initiatives. In close collaboration with business you’ll shape technology strategy, develop high-performing teams, and deliver significant business value. Your leadership will be crucial in leveraging AI to transform critical banking processes.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

• Proven experience as a Team Manager or people leader within technology.
• Experience leading software development teams that leverage AI technologies, including AI Agents.
• Understanding credit and lending processes, customer onboarding, and related technology solutions.
• A coaching leadership style with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong curiosity for emerging technologies and a drive to innovate,delivering business value.
• Proficiency in Swedish and English
