Job summary

SantaPark is seeking a Café Duty Manager for the main season 10/2026 – 1/2027. The role includes customer service, product presentation and sales, as well as operating the cash register and keeping tables tidy.

The position also involves ordering supplies, planning staffing, supervising employees, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will contribute to a festive guest experience by wearing a Christmas-themed costume and working with a dynamic team in an international setting.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused team player with motivation to learn.
• Experience in hospitality or restaurant operations is a plus.

• Provide excellent customer service, handle product presentation and sales, operate the cash register, and maintain a clean dining area.

Are you our new Café Duty Manager? (Main season 10/2026 – 1/2027)

The Café Duty Managers duties include customer service, product presentation and sales, operating the cash register, and keeping tables clean and tidy. The role also involves ordering supplies, planning staffing requirements, supervising employees, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the SantaPark restaurant. The work is performed in a Christmas-themed costume to help create an authentic and memorable Christmas experience for our guests.
