Job summary

Dentsu Finland Oy is building a new Platform Craft & Activation team to act as the engine for how modern media comes to life. We seek a Platform Craft & Activation Director to lead this transformation, turning strategy into scalable activation, and partnering with digital planners, analytics and tech teams to deliver best-in-class solutions.

You will shape tools, workflows and platform integrations, build a high-performing team, and drive a performance-first culture with data-led decisions.

Qualifications

• Bring strong experience in digital media buying and activation through programmatic and paid social platforms.
• Leadership experience or potential to inspire others and build teams.
• Fluency in Finnish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the executional edge of modern media and translate strategy into impact.
• Define the activation model across platforms and drive tooling/automation.
• Build and lead a high-performing activation team and ensure scalable workflows.
• Collaborate with Digital Planners, analytics and tech teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Maintain a performance-first mindset with data-driven optimization.
