- Solid understanding of software and data architectures and integrations.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and roadmaps.
- Hands-on software development background and technical fluency.
Responsibilities
- Support customers in digital transformation across data modelling, architecture, system integrations, platform modernization, and AI-driven solutions.
- Engage in stakeholder discussions to understand needs and translate them into requirements.
- Translate architectural directions into concrete guidance for development teams.
- Own and prioritize the backlog, aligning business value with technical feasibility.
- Produce documentation, diagrams, architectural notes, and decision records.
- Collaborate with Nortal colleagues across development, project management, and data/architecture.
- Work with clients to ensure successful delivery without necessarily writing code.
