You will translate business needs into concrete requirements and backlog items, guiding development teams and product owners with architectural clarity.

Qualifications

• Understanding business needs and ways of working for smooth collaboration.
• Solid technical understanding of software/data architectures, integrations, and AI.
• Background in software development with hands-on coding experience.
• Ownership mindset and proactive, client-facing attitude.
• Excellent communication in Finnish and English.

Responsibilities

• Support customers in their digital transformation across data modelling, architecture, system integrations, platform modernization, and AI-driven solutions.
• Engage in regular discussions with stakeholders to translate needs into actionable requirements.
• Translate high-level architectural directions into guidance for development teams and product owners.
• Translate customer roadmap items into a backlog for architects and product owners.
• Produce documentation, technical diagrams, architectural notes, and decision records.
• Collaborate with Nortal colleagues including development, project management, and data/architecture experts.
