Job summary

Cloud Protection by WithSecure is seeking a Digital Marketing Lead to own and scale the digital acquisition engine for a fast-growing cybersecurity SaaS company with a global footprint.

You’ll manage paid growth across Meta, LinkedIn, Google and emerging channels, build smart automation, and push AI-enabled campaigns while collaborating with product and sales to drive demand and long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Experience running B2B paid acquisition for SaaS or cybersecurity.
• Deep knowledge of Meta, LinkedIn and Google Ads.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM; Salesforce is a plus.
• Fluent English; other languages are a bonus.

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Lead to own and scale the digital acquisition engine at Cloud Protection by WithSecure, a fast-growing cybersecurity SaaS company that recently became independent after demerging from WithSecure™. We protect Salesforce environments for some of the world's largest enterprises, and we're now building the company from the ground up: new brand, new website, new go-to-market, and a genuinely global footprint with teams in Helsinki, New York, Sydney and Tokyo. You’ll be joining at the moment where the foundations get laid.

This is a senior individual contributor role with significant ownership and impact. There are no people management responsibilities today, but as the company grows there may be opportunities to build out a team around you.

What You'll Do

• Own and scale paid growth across Meta, LinkedIn, Google and emerging channels, with full accountability for spend, targeting and performance
• Design an acquisition engine that reaches Fortune 500 security and Salesforce leaders across markets, time zones and buyer cultures, not optimise an existing one
• Build smart marketing automation flows that move enterprise buyers through long sales cycles
• Push our use of AI tools and agents deeper into everyday marketing work to scale output, sharpen targeting and improve funnel performance
• Work closely with marketing, product and sales to turn complex cybersecurity topics into campaigns that drive demand, pipeline and long-term growth
• Report on what's working and what isn't, and act on it fast

What We're Looking For

• Several years of hands‑on experience running B2B paid acquisition, ideally in SaaS or cybersecurity
• Deep practical knowledge of Meta, LinkedIn and Google Ads, and curiosity about channels that don't exist yet
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM, with Salesforce a strong plus
• Fluency with AI tools in daily work, and an appetite to experiment with agents and automation
• Comfort selling to enterprise buyers: long cycles, multiple stakeholders, high stakes
• A builder's mindset. You'd rather create something from scratch than inherit a machine
• Strategic thinking paired with a willingness to execute yourself
• Fluent English; other languages are a bonus in a global team
