About the Role

The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for the efficient delivery of Magnit’s services to our clients. This position will work closely with vendors (panel suppliers), client hiring managers and cross-functional teams, utilizing the VMS tool to ensure smooth service delivery.

What You Will Do

• TheRecruitmentSpecialistmustmaintainqualityclientserviceanddaytodayoperationswithafocusonmeetingcontractualdeliverablesandensuringaneffectiveandproactivecommunicationwithinternal/externalstakeholders
• TheRecruitmentSpecialistscopeofresponsibilitiescoversmultiplebusinessverticalsovermultipleEMEAcountries(ourclientisalargemultinationalwithaglobalfootprint)
• Implementnewprocessesorenhancecurrentprocessestostrengthenefficiencies
• Embraceacontinuousimprovementandconsultativeapproachtocontinuallyaddvaluetoourcommunityofhiringmanagersforanoptimalcustomerexperience
• MaintainanupdatedSOP“StandardOperatingProcedures”forday-to-dayproceduressothatoperationsfunctionsefficiently

For Staffing requirements

• FacilitatethefulfillmentoftemporaryrequisitionsthroughVMSsystemandefficientlymanagetherelationship/interactionofstaffingsuppliersandhiringmanagers
• Proactivelymeetwithhiringmanagerstoqualifyrequisitionsandconveyrelevantinformationtoapprovedsupplierstoempowerthemforsuccess
• Anticipate,resolveandfollow-through,inatimelymanner,allissuesrelatedtotheworker,managerandstaffingsupplier

What You Will Need

• 3+yearsofexperienceworkinginarelevantareasuchasstaffingindustryoperations,MSPorprocurement
• Acustomer-oriented,self-motivatedcriticalthinkerwitha“Can-Do”attitude!
• Strongcommunicationskills(verbalandwritten)withtheabilitytoconnecteffectivelyacrossalllayersoftheorganizationinbothafacetofaceandremoteworkingenvironment
• FluentinbothEnglishandFinnishataprofessionallevel
