Job summary

Nebius is seeking a Datacenter L2 IT technician in Mäntsälä, Finland, for full-time day shift. You will troubleshoot and resolve data center hardware issues, work with L1/L2 tasks, and collaborate with L3 to improve SLA performance.

The role requires advanced IT hardware knowledge, strong Unix/Linux skills, network troubleshooting basics, and fluent English. A proactive, responsible mindset and a passion for documenting processes are essential.

Qualifications

Advanced level troubleshooting of data center hardware
Strong Unix/Linux command line proficiency
Experience with server hardware and datacenter environments
Proactive, responsible, and capable of documenting procedures

Responsibilities

Solve challenging hardware-related issues with servers and perform in-depth troubleshooting
Participate in hardware problem management, workarounds and solutions
Resolve L1/L2 tasks through ticket systems
Update processes and documentation for IT hardware team
Collaborate with L3 Technician to improve SLA with complex diagnostics
Improve support processes, documentation and training materials
Perform basic network troubleshooting and support
