Job summary

Specialist Data Centre Fit Out Contractor in Helsinki, Finland is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team on a major data centre fit out project.

You will manage subcontract packages, cost reporting, variations, and cost control, working with site team to maintain cost accuracy.

The role offers an annual package of €65,000 to €70,000 DOE plus accommodation, return flights and weekly living away allowance, with a rotational work pattern.

Qualifications

• Must have previous Quantity Surveying experience within construction.
• Experience managing subcontractor packages and commercial accounts is required.
• Must be comfortable working in Finland on a rotational basis.
• Strong cost management, reporting and contractual knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractor procurement, packages, valuations and final accounts.
• Monitor project costs, variations and commercial risks.
• Prepare accurate cost reports and commercial forecasts.
• Assess subcontractor applications and manage payments.
• Work closely with the site team to track progress against commercial targets.
• Maintain contract documentation and support the wider commercial delivery of the project.
