Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking an Assembly Operative for Repair Service to support hardware repair activities in a leading data centre environment. You will prepare, assemble, and replace components, track status, and maintain accurate records in client systems.

In this role you will follow detailed procedures, work safely, and collaborate with colleagues and client representatives. Basic English, team orientation, and reliability are essential for success in a fast-paced facilities setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hardware components, spare parts and equipment for repair activities.
• Identify, scan, label, track and update the status of components in relevant systems.
• Carry out assembly or replacement activities following approved procedures.
• Support repair workflows involving servers, storage, network, power and cooling equipment.
• Perform visual inspections and basic procedural checks.
• Maintain accurate operational records in tracking tools and client systems.
• Support controlled flow of components within the Repair Service and keep workspace compliant with 5S and site standards.
• Use tools and equipment safely and correctly; escalate issues to supervisor.
• Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors and client representatives.
• Follow all safety, quality, security and site-access requirements.
