EOS IT Solutions is seeking a Data Center Service Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple global data centres, driving reliable service delivery and continuous improvement. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage project timelines and budgets, and ensure SLA compliance while coordinating with clients and vendors across regions.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading global technical teams.
Experience driving automation to streamline workflows.
Strong knowledge of ITIL or equivalent service management frameworks.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams in planning, executing and delivering data center initiatives.
Develop and manage project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, risks and resources.
Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors and clients.
Oversee allocation of personnel, equipment and materials across projects and operations.
Establish and maintain quality controls to ensure regulatory and contractual compliance.
Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruption and ensure SLAs are met.
Prepare and present status reports, updates and KPIs to leadership and clients.
Lead post-project reviews and identify opportunities for process improvements and service innovations.
