Job summary

A leading engineering firm is seeking an Electrical Construction Manager to oversee quality assurance and manage project schedules for data centre projects in Helsinki. The ideal candidate will possess relevant electrical qualifications and at least 5 years of experience in electrical construction. Strong leadership and communication skills are required, along with proficiency in MS Project. This is a full-time permanent position, with an application deadline of 30.04.2026.

Qualifications

• Relevant Electrical Qualification essential e.g. City & Guilds Certificate, HNC/BTEC or NVQ.
• 5+ years of previous experience in a similar role, preferably within large-scale projects.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors, labour, schedules, and costs.

Responsibilities

• Manage site Quality Assurance in coordination with the QA Manager.
• Oversee the schedule with the Project Team and prepare two-week look-aheads.
• Ensure labour resources are planned in line with project requirements.

Skills

Electrical Qualification

5+ years experience in electrical construction

Knowledge of LV/MV systems

Strong leadership skills

Proficiency in MS Project

Education

City & Guilds Certificate, HNC/BTEC, or NVQ
