Job summary

CTS Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to lead all electrical works on high-value data center projects in Finland. You will plan, coordinate, execute and commission electrical systems, ensuring safety, schedule, budget and quality targets are met.

The role requires overseeing MV/LV distribution, UPS, generators, grounding, and BMS/EPMS interfaces, while coordinating with subcontractors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years experience in electrical construction management on data centers, industrial or mission-critical facilities.
• Strong knowledge of electrical power systems and critical infrastructure.
• Fluent English; Finnish is a strong advantage.
• Valid right to work in Finland.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical construction activities on data center projects from installation to commissioning and handover.
• Coordinate electrical subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams.
• Review electrical designs, specifications, and method statements for constructability and compliance.
• Develop and manage electrical schedules, workforce planning, and material procurement.
• Oversee installation of MV/LV distribution, UPS and battery systems, generators, grounding, and BMS/EPMS interfaces.
• Ensure compliance with Finnish regulations, client requirements and HSE standards.
• Monitor cost control, variation management, and progress reporting for electrical scopes.
• Support testing, commissioning, and integrated systems testing.
• Participate in coordination meetings with the client and internal project teams.
