Job summary

Verda, a European AI cloud company, is building a scalable training program for data center technicians across sites. You will own onboarding, curriculum, and documentation to ensure every technician is trained to the same standard.

This role requires turning hands-on knowledge into structured curricula, tracking certifications, and managing hands-on and classroom training with measurable assessments.

Travel to sites will be regular; the position supports office or remote work within Europe.

Qualifications

• Experience building technical training or onboarding programs for hands-on staff (data center or similar).
• Ability to convert expert knowledge into structured curricula and assessments.
• Strong documentation discipline and versioned training materials.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement onboarding programs taking technicians from first day to independent productivity.
• Develop and maintain the training curriculum across hardware handling, cabling, networking, safety, and site procedures.
• Ensure certifications and safety qualifications are tracked and renewed.
• Deliver hands-on and classroom training with assessments and sign-offs.
• Manage documentation loop for SOPs, runbooks, and training materials with version control.
• Maintain training records and reporting on who is trained and qualified.
• Lead end-to-end projects: onboarding program, competency matrix, training-record system, documentation maintenance.
