Job summary

Alibaba Cloud in Helsinki seeks a security operations expert to lead real-time response, handling and closure of alarms and incidents across our data centers, ensuring stable, secure, and efficient operations. You will conduct security research and assessments, identify critical control points, and promote development of the data center security management system.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize security practices and strengthen onsite defenses.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing and operating security systems in large data centers or enterprises.
• Proficiency in technical research and solution design in physical security with a data center focus.
• Experience in responding to large-scale security incidents; Red Teaming experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Real-time response, handling, and closure of security alarms and incidents in Alibaba Cloud data centers to ensure stable, secure operations.
• Conduct thorough business research and security assessments of data centers; identify and optimize critical security control points.
• Promote development and online capability of the data center security management system framework.
• Establish collaboration with other teams to implement and operate the security system and improve standardization of data center security management.
• Develop and optimize management procedures for the data center security management system framework.
