Nebius B.V. is seeking an IT Support Manager to lead our data center IT operations, including GPU clusters and regional colocations. You will oversee L1/L2 teams, drive incident resolution, and ensure service levels align with business objectives.

The role requires hands-on hardware/network experience, ITIL/ITSM proficiency, and strong leadership in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment. English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years leading technical support teams in data-center or critical infra environments.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of server hardware, GPUs, and fiber networks.
• Strong ITIL/ITSM process knowledge and incident management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead L1/L2 IT support teams and field engineers for data center infra and GPU clusters.
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and SLA/KPI adherence.
• Escalate complex hardware, network, and ops incidents as primary point of contact.
