Job summary

Nebius is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead IT infrastructure projects in data centres, including GPU servers, high-speed networks, compute and storage systems. You will coordinate between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful delivery and smooth operation.

The role emphasizes hands-on governance, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration with data centre engineers, vendors, and operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in data centre infrastructure operations, ideally in high-performance or AI-oriented environments.
• Solid understanding of data centre design: racking, cabling, power and cooling.
• Hands on experience with IT hardware in data centres.
• Comfortable working in data centre environments and during live operations.
• Experience in project delivery and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot workflow issues.
• Ability to document processes and produce clear deployment reports.

Responsibilities

• Management and delivery of IT infrastructure projects and data centre changes.
• Identify and resolve technical and operational issues proactively.
• Manage risks and dependencies in live environments.
• Maintain clear operational documentation and logs.
• Lead stakeholder communications and provide progress updates.
• Lead meetings and technical discussions with clear decisions and next steps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors; engage data centre engineers.
• Participate in related tasks, including automation and process improvements.
