Job summary

TikTok's DataCenter Service team builds and operates hyper-scale datacenters, manages server lifecycles, provides cloud infrastructure solutions, and develops services to ensure scalability and reliability. This role focuses on the CoLocation Data Center infrastructure, including planning, construction, operation stability, and end-to-end change management for high-risk maintenance.

You will collaborate with vendors and internal teams to deliver seamless facility delivery and handle after-hours

Qualifications

• Diploma or professional certification in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and 5+ years of datacenter facility operations experience.
• Experience implementing 2N, N+1 power designs in production.
• Strong documentation and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and construct CoLocation Data Center infrastructure; track progress and manage testing and takeover.
• Operate CoLocation Data Center infrastructure; ensure stability and optimization.
• Own end-to-end change management for high-risk datacenter maintenance.
• Oversee data center operation moderation, fault tracking and reporting.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to support facility delivery.
• Conduct audits of maintenance programs and improve upkeep.
• Support DC Operations as SME to understand risks.
• Supervise Data Hall fit-outs including IT services, power, cooling.
• Respond outside normal hours for critical incidents.
