TikTok is seeking an Asset Manager to lead the Data Center Asset Management team, overseeing inbound/outbound logistics, asset storage, cycle counts, and decommission activities across data centers. The role requires hands-on, customer-focused leadership and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain asset accuracy and compliance.

The position emphasizes resilience under pressure and practical execution of operational tasks in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a technical or business field is required.
• 3+ years Data Center and Infrastructure or Supply Chain/Logistics experience.
• Experience leading a team and collaborating across internal and external organizations.

Responsabilités

• Lead the asset and Logistics team to manage IDC day-to-day operations.
• Be the point of escalation of operational related matters.
• Perform regional asset management workflows and influence cross-functional process improvements.
• Handle asset operations including inbound, transfers, stock distribution, RMA, and decommission at data centers.
• Support last mile delivery operations with integrators, data centers and warehouses; coordinate with LSPs and suppliers.
• Collaborate with Datacenter Operations, Engineering, Network, Security and Platform teams to implement changes and maintain asset accuracy.
• Support auditing, cycle counts, and compliance with financial standards.
