Job summary

SoftwareOne is seeking a Data & AI Architect to lead the modernization of Microsoft data platforms and grow team competencies. You will shape architecture, engage in pre‑sales activities, and guide governance and adoption across the Microsoft ecosystem.

You will partner with customers on diverse projects and mentor peers to raise the cloud maturity of the team. You will work across Fabric, Power Platform, and Azure integrations, driving design, governance, and successful delivery while remaining

Qualifications

• Solid IT industry experience with leadership in architecture/design.
• Expertise in Data & AI including Microsoft Fabric and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Copilot and Copilot Studio) and Azure integrations.
• Experience with POCs and close collaboration with pre-sales and internal teams.
• Stays current with new technologies and shares knowledge across teams.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end Microsoft solutions across Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform and Azure integrations.
• Lead discovery, POCs, design and delivery through workshops and architecture blueprinting.
• Define platform guardrails for security, governance and data protection.
• Coach superusers and deliver high-quality documentation for adoption.
• Collaborate across teams, support pre-sales and handover to delivery teams.

As our new Data & AI Architect, you will be part of the delivery team, designing and delivering modern Microsoft solutions focused on Data & AI and Power Platform. You will work closely with customers across different projects, contributing to pre‑sales, shaping solution architecture, and supporting governance and adoption within the Microsoft ecosystem. With your expertise, you will also take a leading role in the domain and help build competencies across the team.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Architect end‑to‑end Microsoft solutions across Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Copilot, Copilot Studio) and Azure integrations
• Lead discovery, POCs, design and delivery through workshops, architecture blueprinting, governance, and migration roadmaps
• Define platform guardrails covering security, compliance, data protection, and environment strategy for Microsoft data and Power Platform solutions
• Enable customers and teams by coaching superusers, running sessions, and delivering high‑quality documentation
• Collaborate across teams, supporting pre‑sales, contributing to proposals and estimates, and ensuring smooth handover to delivery teams
