Job summary

SoftwareOne in Helsinki is seeking a Data & AI Architect to design and deliver modern Microsoft solutions focused on data and AI, including Power Platform and Fabric. You’ll work with cross‑functional teams and customers, shaping solution architecture and governance, and helping grow team competencies.

You will lead end‑to‑end architecture, support pre‑sales, contribute to proposals, and mentor senior engineers while embracing a collaborative, global cloud community.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in IT with architecture/design leadership.
• Expertise in Data & AI including Microsoft Fabric and Power Platform.
• Experience with POCs and collaboration with pre-sales.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end Microsoft solutions across Fabric, Power Platform, and Azure.
• Lead discovery, POCs, design and delivery through workshops and roadmaps.
• Define platform guardrails for security, compliance, data protection.
• Coach superusers, run sessions, and deliver high-quality documentation.
• Collaborate across teams, support pre-sales, and ensure smooth handovers.

As our new Data & AI Architect, you will be part of the delivery team, designing and delivering modern Microsoft solutions focused on Data & AI and Power Platform. You will work closely with customers across different projects, contributing to pre‑sales, shaping solution architecture, and supporting governance and adoption within the Microsoft ecosystem. With your expertise, you will also take a leading role in the domain and help build competencies across the team.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Architect end‑to‑end Microsoft solutions across Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Copilot, Copilot Studio) and Azure integrations
• Lead discovery, POCs, design and delivery through workshops, architecture blueprinting, governance, and migration roadmaps
• Define platform guardrails covering security, compliance, data protection, and environment strategy for Microsoft data and Power Platform solutions
• Enable customers and teams by coaching superusers, running sessions, and delivering high‑quality documentation
• Collaborate across teams, supporting pre‑sales, contributing to proposals and estimates, and ensuring smooth handover to delivery teams

Job Requirements

• Solid experience in the IT industry with exposure to Microsoft solution areas and architecture/design leadership
• Expertise in Data & AI including Microsoft Fabric and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Copilot and Copilot Studio), along with Azure integrations
• Experience with POCs and close collaboration with pre-sales and internal teams
