Job summary

Infrakit Group Oy in Espoo is seeking an experienced leader to bridge our customers with our cloud platform, delivering infrastructure projects on time and on budget. You’ll drive deployment from kickoff to completion and act as the go-to expert on BIM modelling (YIV) and surveying.

You’ll report to the Director of Services & Customer Success from our Espoo HQ, run hands-on training, build lasting client relationships, and collaborate with Product, R&D and Sales to advance digital, sustainable

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or infrastructure-related field (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
• 10+ years hands-on experience in the infrastructure sector.
• Strong project management track record from start to finish.
• Deep knowledge of model-based construction, BIM (YIV), and surveying.
• Clear, confident communication in Finnish and English.

You’ll be the bridge between our customers and our platform, making sure infrastructure projects succeed using Infrakit’s cloud tools. Day-to-day, that means:

• Leading deployment and development projects from kickoff to completion, on time and on budget
• Act as an expert in infrastructure model-based construction, BIM modelling (YIV) and surveying
• Running training sessions and workshops that actually land
• Building trusted, long-term relationships with customers and acting as their go-to expert
• Solving problems proactively, before they become issues
• Collaborating closely with our Product, R&D, and Sales teams
• Maintaining clean project documentation and keeping all stakeholders aligned
• You’ll report to the Director of Services & Customer Success and work out of our Espoo HQ.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A degree in Engineering or an infrastructure-related field (Bachelor’s or Master’s)
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in the infrastructure sector
• A strong project management track record: you’ve delivered complex projects start to finish
• Deep knowledge of model-based construction, BIM (YIV), and surveying
• Clear, confident communication in both Finnish and English
• A genuine drive to push the industry toward digital, sustainable ways of working
