Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a customer service representative for a permanent position in our office in Vantaa.

The work is mainly internal, collaborating with different departments in a hectic work environment. The role requires good office tools skills and the willingness to take initiative. A sociable person who enjoys interacting with people fits best in this role. A background in customer service or logistics is an advantage.

You do not have to work alone, as you will have friendly colleagues beside you, even though the work itself requires an independent approach.

The position requires a minimum age of 18. Work hours are flexible on weekdays from 7:0 to 17:00. The job starts on 7 September 2026.

Salary is based on the retail sector collective agreement and ranges from 14.5–16 EUR/hour depending on experience.
