Job summary

Kesko Oyj’s K-Market Pikku-Redi in Kalasatama, Helsinki, is hiring a motivated salesperson for a permanent, full-time position. Job description

We are looking for a motivated salesperson for a permanent position at K-Market Pikku-Redi. Pikku-Redi is a versatile, active grocery store that participates in seasonal cycles. We are located in Kalasatama, near Redi shopping centre, with excellent public transport connections and a high footfall from residents and workers. Our core aim is to ease customers' everyday life and provide quality service. As a salesperson your duties include customer service at the till, active selling, arranging product displays, ensuring shelf availability and store order, and other store tasks. We value initiative, efficiency and careful work habits, and your role is crucial to ensuring a successful shopping visit for our customers.

Requirements

• a cheerful and open customer service attitude
• self-initiative and flexible attitude with the ability to handle pressure
• ability to work both independently and in a team
• willingness to learn and enthusiasm to learn new things
• good Finnish language skills and at least 18 years of age
• readiness to work during all store opening hours

Work experience in retail is a plus but not required as we will train you together with the tasks.
