The role involves multi-channel customer support via phone (inbound and outbound), email and chat, with the phone as the primary tool. You will identify customer needs and offer the best solutions while maintaining high service quality and efficient interaction. The job is fast-paced and target-driven call centre work. You will encounter many different customer situations and will need to quickly learn new systems, search for information across sources, and make decisions even when answers aren’t immediately available. Excellent service, efficiency and customer experience are tracked with various metrics, and you should enjoy a goal-oriented environment and continuous learning.
The position is a seasonal temporary role for the upcoming holiday season, starting 14.9.2026 and ending 31.12.2026. It is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week) with open hours every day, including weekends, typically 8:00–20:00 on weekdays and 8:00–16:00 on Saturdays; operations will be in Rovaniem(i) Koskikatu. The salary is 13.39 €/h.
Requirements include previous customer service experience across channels, especially telephone support, and strong desire to help customers. Proficiency with multiple systems and digital channels is expected, along with independent and proactive work style, good stress tolerance and the ability to make quick decisions. Fluency in Finnish and English is required, Swedish is a plus.
