Remedy Entertainment, the creator of Control®, Max Payne®, and Alan Wake®, seeks a Creative Operations Lead for our growing self-publishing team in Espoo, Finland. You will oversee Creative Services, drive structured delivery, and translate creative direction into concrete plans that deliver high-impact campaigns.

Qualifications

• > Strong background in marketing delivery, campaign operations, and/or project management in complex cross-functional environments.
• > Leadership experience with people management and high-performing teams.
• > Proven ability to design workflows, manage dependencies, and delivery processes across teams.
• > Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments, balancing priorities, driving change.
• > Hands-on experience overseeing creative asset production, preferably from games industry.
• > Understanding of mainstream audiences and commercially effective creative standards.
• > Strong communication skills across diverse audiences.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Creative Services team with clear inputs, timely feedback, cross-team support and defined priorities.
• Plan and deliver marketing assets and activities aligned with goals and priorities.
• Balance ambition with execution to enable high-quality, timely delivery.
• Manage a broad stakeholder network across Publishing, Game Teams, Creative Services, and Senior Studio leadership.
• Design and maintain delivery frameworks (timelines, dependencies, gates, ceremonies) for visible, trusted execution.
• Translate strategic direction into executable plans, identifying risks and trade-offs to support decisions.
