Job summary

Job description

We are seeking a supervisor for scaffolding and weather protection services at the Rauma shipyard. We are among Europe’s largest players in the scaffolding and weather protection field and Finland’s leading subcontractors in construction. Our client base is wide; we perform scaffolding and weather protection projects on both buildings and in industry. We are part of a team in Western Finland where experienced professionals work alongside you. The supervision team works with product management, design, project office and logistics for support. As supervisor, you will be responsible for your own scaffolding and weather protection sites. You will supervise and enforce strict safety practices, a core value of our company. You will act as Ramirent’s representative to the customer in site meetings and other stakeholder situations. There is also an opportunity to develop in tender calculations.

• Construction-related technical education (e.g., engineer/foreman, recent graduates considered) or construction sector experience
• Experience with scaffold installation
• Experience in supervisory/leadership roles and good interpersonal skills
• Good general IT skills
• Native Finnish and fluent English are essential
