Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven track record in leadership and people management.
• Ability to manage projects and overall operations.
• Construction industry technical education or construction experience.
• Experience with scaffold installations.
• Foreman experience (including supervisory) and good interpersonal skills.
• Good general IT skills.
• Native level Finnish and fluent English are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scaffold and weather protection sites and ensure safety requirements are met.
• Act as Ramirent’s representative toward the customer in site meetings and stakeholder situations.
• Contribute to bid calculations and project planning when needed.
• Learn and develop in the foreman role with support from the supervisory team.
