Job summary

Ardmac is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee planning, programming and execution of construction projects across the EU, including data centre fit outs and cleanroom facilities. You will input into estimates, review tenders, plan work, ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery, and develop contract programs with site teams.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in construction management, a related bachelor’s degree, CM/PM certifications, and strong leadership and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in construction management.
• Experience in planning, programming, and executing projects.
• Experience in fit out/interiors (pharma, data centres) preferred.
• Certifications in PM/CM advantageous (e.g., PMP, CCM).
• Knowledge of safety regulations and contract law.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency with PM software and MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Provide input into estimates and tenders, including site visits.
• Review tenders with operations and participate in adjudication.
• Plan and program work efficiently and prepare tender documents.
• Attend post-tender interviews and ensure safety and quality procedures are followed.
• Develop contract programs with the Site Manager and allocate resources.
• Ensure contractual compliance and timely completion across projects.
