Job summary

SSA Recruitment Mainland Europe seeks a CSA Package Manager for a flagship data centre project in Helsinki, Finland, close to the airport. The role is a hands-on, on-site leadership position with a permanent Finnish contract and full relocation support.

You will oversee civil, structural, and architectural works, manage subcontractors, ensure HSE compliance, and coordinate with Project Managers and the Project Director on-site. Finnish contract, relocation package, and allowances offered.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 3–5 years in site supervision on data centre or industrial projects.
• Strong HSE knowledge and subcontractor management experience.
• Fluent English; Finnish is a plus.

• Supervise subcontractors and site labour across CSA works.
• Manage quality control, HSE compliance, and site reporting.
• Liaise with Project Managers and Project Director on-site.
• Control scope changes, deviations, and project closeout.
