You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, HR and leadership, ensuring compliant strategies, tracking KPIs, and driving forecast accuracy while managing a global team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in healthcare sales and marketing.
• Strong orthopaedics knowledge or experience is required.
• 3 years of experience leading teams and engaging senior corporate leadership.
• Experience in global, matrixed organisations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of commercial sales skills enablement across EMEA.
• Build capability to support sales skills development and Challenger selling.
• Establish scalable onboarding and continuous learning pathways and coaching.
• Drive adoption of sales processes, tools (CRM discipline, pipeline reviews, forecast cadence) and reinforcement programs.
• Develop KPIs and lead continuous improvement based on data and feedback.
