Job summary

Zimmer Biomet is seeking a Clinical Sales Specialist to support hospitals, work with Sales Representatives and Managers, and deliver technical and training support for Zimmer Biomet products during surgeries. The role includes generation of sales leads among key customers and ensuring efficient logistics and account management.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, strong networking and knowledge in Orthopaedics, plus excellent presentation and time management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Strong networking capabilities and business acumen to identify, plan, and execute services.
• Significant knowledge in Orthopaedics with awareness of competitor products and strategies.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical advice in the OR on Zimmer Biomet recon products.
• Deliver bespoke training to ensure surgeons and staff operate safely with Zimmer Biomet products.
• Generate sales leads within Platinum & Silver customers.
• Manage logistics around procedure planning and consignment stock.
• Provide onsite support for product demonstrations and educational initiatives.
• Keep Salesforce up to date for accounts and reporting.
• Attend sales meetings, exhibitions and training as required by the Regional Sales Manager.
