Job summary

The Magnum Ice Cream Company in Finland is seeking a Commercial Coordinator for a fixed-term assignment from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027. You will gain broad exposure across Marketing and Customer Strategy & Planning while coordinating campaigns, content, and analytics to drive growth.

You will work in a hybrid setup, collaborating with multiple stakeholders and contributing to brand management, planning, and business analytics.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor brand, category, customer, and campaign performance with insights.

Commercial Coordinator

Are you someone who enjoys coordinating projects, supporting brand growth and turning data into action? We are looking for a fixed -term Commercial Coordinator to join our team in Finland during 1.1.2027-31.12.2027. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of Marketing and Customer Strategy & Planning. You will play a key role in supporting the execution of commercial plans, coordinating business‑critical activities and ensuring that our teams have the information, tools and materials needed to succeed.

As a Commercial Coordinator, you will support both the Marketing and Customer Strategy & Planning functions, gaining broad exposure across brand management, commercial planning and business analytics. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders and contribute to the successful execution of activities that drive growth across our portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a broad understanding of FMCG business operations while building a strong foundation for a future career in Marketing, Category Management, Commercial Planning or Sales.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

In this role, you will support the daily operations of both the Marketing and Customer Strategy & Planning functions, ensuring strong execution and coordination across commercial activities.

In a nutshell, you will:

• Support the execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, innovation projects, and commercial initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Create and coordinate marketing copy, product information, product descriptions, website content, and other brand communications, ensuring consistency across all consumer‑facing touchpoints.
• Own and develop the self‑service marketing platform, ensuring stakeholders can create consistent, brand‑compliant marketing materials and access up‑to‑date content.
• Support the preparation of customer meetings, business reviews, and internal planning sessions, including developing presentations, analyses, and supporting materials.
• Monitor brand, category, customer, and campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.
• Support forecasting, promotional planning, and business reporting processes.
• Coordinate sampling, sponsorships, and other activation activities to support brand objectives.
• Manage budgets, invoices, and related administrative processes.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

We believe the right person for this role has some experience within FMCG, marketing, sales support, commercial coordination or other business support functions. Most importantly, you enjoy coordinating multiple activities simultaneously, are highly organized and have a proactive mindset.

• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and a structured way of working.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good analytical skills and confidence working with data, reports and business insights.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with Power BI, SAP or similar business systems is considered an advantage.
• A proactive, solution‑oriented and hands‑on approach to work.
• Curiosity to learn about marketing, category management, sales and commercial operations.
• Interest in utilizing AI and new technologies to improve efficiency and ways of working.
• Strong knowledge of both Finnish and English language, in written and verbal.
• Swedish language is a bonus.
• A positive attitude, strong ownership mindset and willingness to learn and grow.
