Job summary

Stora Enso is seeking a Business Performance Manager within Biomaterials to transform data into actionable insights that strengthen commercial performance across Sales and Marketing. You will develop analytical solutions, dashboards, and reports, enabling informed decision making.

Hybrid work arrangement with occasional travel, reporting to Head of Marketing & Sales Excellence, and collaboration across Sales, Controlling, IT and Legal.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Several years of experience in commercial performance management, analytics, or sales operations.
• Strong understanding of pricing, profitability analysis, and performance management.
• Proven experience building and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Excellent English skills; Swedish or Finnish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial performance through analytics, reporting, and performance management.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reporting solutions, KPIs, and analytical models, translating business requirements into actionable insights and decision support.
• Analyze customer, product, and market profitability, identify improvement opportunities, and drive follow‑up actions.
• Provide data‑driven insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions related to pricing, customer portfolios, product portfolios, and account planning.
• Own and develop pricing principles and contracting governance.
• Monitor and follow up Sales Incentive Programs and sales overdue reporting.
• Partner with Sales, Controlling, IT, Legal, and other stakeholders to drive commercial excellence and enable informed decision‑making.
