Job summary

Stora Enso is seeking a Business Performance Manager for Biomaterials to translate data into actionable insights and strengthen commercial performance across Sales and Marketing. You will own analytics, dashboards, pricing governance, and reporting, collaborating with IT, Legal, and Controlling to drive profitable growth.

The role requires strong analytical thinking, excellent communication, and experience with Power BI, CRM, and ERP systems. A hybrid work setup with occasional travel is offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Several years of experience in commercial performance management, business controlling, analytics, sales operations, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of commercial drivers, pricing, profitability analysis, and performance management.
• Proven experience building, developing and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards, and leveraging CRM and ERP systems to support data-driven decision-making.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business actions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working across multiple functions and stakeholder groups.
• Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Swedish or Finnish language skills are considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial performance through analytics, reporting, and structured performance management.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reporting solutions, KPIs, and analytical models, translating business requirements into actionable insights and decision support.
• Analyze customer, product, and market profitability, identify improvement opportunities, and drive follow-up actions.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions related to pricing, customer portfolios, product portfolios, and account planning.
• Own and develop pricing principles and contracting governance.
• Monitor and follow up Sales Incentive Programs and sales overdue reporting.
• Partner with Sales, Controlling, IT, Legal, and other stakeholders to drive commercial excellence and enable informed decision-making.
