Job summary

Verda, a European AI cloud company headquartered in Helsinki, is seeking a Customer Support Specialist. You will resolve technical issues on our GPU cloud, hand over to teammates in other time zones, and ensure round-the-clock support for international markets.

Based at our Helsinki headquarters, you will sit with engineering, product and sales, work independently on shifts, and help improve support as we scale. The role is full-time on-site with a rotational shift pattern.

Qualifications

• Technical background in cloud or IT with 2+ years experience.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Solid networking fundamentals for connectivity troubleshooting.
• Experience debugging REST APIs.
• Excellent written and verbal English; able to communicate with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer tickets end to end: instance access, connectivity, GPU and API issues, account and billing questions.
• Troubleshoot independently and elevate to on-call engineering when needed.
• Run clear handovers with teammates in other time zones at the start and end of each shift.
• Monitor service status and communicate incidents to customers.
• Keep internal guides up to date and flag recurring issues to product and engineering.
• Suggest improvements to support processes and tooling based on patterns you see in tickets.
