Verda, Helsinki-based, is building a full‑stack AI cloud spanning data centers, hardware, and a cloud platform used by leading AI teams to do serious AI work. You lead the next stage of the cloud platform, defining the technical direction and owning the organization delivering it, including Customer Support.

The platform serves both humans and AI agents. You will scale compute, storage, Kubernetes, serverless, and inference with the console, APIs, developer tooling, identity, and billing.

Formación

• Experience scaling an engineering organisation.
• Deep technical judgment in cloud platforms and production software.
• Proven record carrying technical decisions through implementation and improving delivery or reliability.
• Product and business judgment: connect big picture to technical detail for customer value.
• Conviction that AI changes engineering workflows and practical use of coding agents.

Responsabilidades

• Set the platform vision and goals.
• Hire deliberately against the capabilities we need. Coach engineering leaders.
• Own platform delivery and surface risks early.
• Lead through technical depth and guide architecture decisions.
• Make the platform usable for humans and AI agents with clear interfaces and costs.
• Continuously improve AI-assisted workflows and development practices.
• Raise service quality through testing, security, observability, and operations.
