Aiven is seeking a Technical Lead, Cloud to own the technical execution of our new cloud product. This role combines architecture, infrastructure and hands-on delivery in a small, autonomous team.

You will translate vision into architecture, lead a high-performing engineering group across backend, frontend and design, and own the roadmap while collaborating with VP Strategy to align business outcomes.

• Experience leading complex infrastructure projects.
• Strong background in building scalable cloud platforms.
• Proven ability to turn vision into architecture and delivered products.
